  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • Pool and spa heat is $125/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Pool heat only will be $100/night, and Spa heat only is $75/night. 5 days' notice from check-in is required if you wish to add heat to your stay.
  • Air Mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: This property has a complimentary set of Pack & Play and Highchair. Additional baby equipment may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The property provides basic kitchen and bathroom amenities to start your stay, such as dish soap, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup wipe. Additional items cannot be provided upon request.
  • All amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages caused to guests or their parties.
